4. RETURN POLICY
The below Online Purchase and Return Information governs purchases made through the TealHouse Inc. website.
Please note that at this time all merchandise purchased online and in-person must be returned and/or exchanged via USPS mail.
Please note any item deemed final sale or on the product page cannot be returned.
Please note any item that has been discounted is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
4.1. Return Policy
For online and in-person purchases TealHouse Inc. will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when accompanied by the original invoice.
Returned merchandise must also include the original shoe box, dust bags, and heel caps and must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of your order). Shipping costs are non–refundable.
We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before wearing and before disposing of any original packaging. For any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately.
All shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Our teal bottom soles are very delicate and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged. The teal bottom sole must be in perfect condition. Returning shoes of which the soles appear damaged may result in a refurbishment fee or may be refused if unable to be refurbished for sale.
4.2. Return Instructions
Instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment:

- On the subject line include the word “Return Order” followed a dash, your order number, and first and last name (ie: Return Order # 00001 - Amy Smith).
- In the body include a description for the return, images of the product, and your contact information (email, phone number, and address).
Once received our team will review and send you a confirmation via email.
- If approved you will receive an email with additional return instructions.
- If you are located in the United States you will receive a shipping label
- If you are not located in the United States you will be responsible for your own shipping, and insurance.
- You must return your shoes within 14 days of receiving your return approval.
When returning your purchase ensure the following are included in the box:
- Original receipt. You may also print and include your order confirmation email.
- Include the original box (DO NOT USE AS SHIPPING BOX) and dust bags.
- Place all items in an appropriate shipping box and affix our prepaid return label.
- Keep a record of your tracking number.
- Drop off your package at a staffed shipping store and collect a receipt for your records. Do not use a drop box location for security.
Please note that TealHouse Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
TealHouse Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
4.3. Refunds and Processing Time
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once your return has been processed. Once your return is received it will be inspected. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
TealHouse Inc. will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange when accompanied by the original receipt. Returned merchandise must include the original shoe box, and dust bags and must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of your order).
Please follow all of the procedures and requirements above to return your merchandise to our facility. We can facilitate a onetime direct exchange on an order upon request. A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We offer free ground shipping on your exchanged item(s). Please contact an online representative to confirm your exchange request via email at CustomerService@TealHouseInc.com.
Alternatively, you may submit a new order as your exchange, and your original purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the right size, style, or color is not available online, please contact us for further assistance.
6. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, TealHouse Inc. online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. All purchases are shipped via USPS. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through USPS.
We do not ship to Freight Forwarders, hotel locations, or any establishments at our discretion that may pose a risk to the security of the package. TealHouse Inc. cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
All orders are subject to review and TealHouse Inc. reserves the right to request additional identification information and to ship the order to the billing address. The billing information provided must be able to be verified and must match what your bank has on file. Please ensure the card holder is available to confirm the order details. When you place an order on our website, we will only charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order. Order processing time begins 48-72 business hours after an order has been submitted.
7. SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES
All orders shall be shipped via USPS. Ground shipping is included with your purchase. International shipping is available for $125.
We will provide a link for you to track the progress of your package in your shipment confirmation email. An email confirmation is automatically emailed to once your purchase has been shipped.
For security reasons, we cannot reroute your package to a new address. Should you not be available to sign for your package, we can arrange a will call at your local USPS facility on your behalf.
TealHouse Inc. assumes no responsibility after a package has been signed for. It is not required that the cardholder sign for the package, but rather anyone at your requested shipping address over the age of 18. Once you have received your order, if you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to CustomerService@TealHouseInc.com.
Based on availability orders can be placed online directly though TealHouseInc.com or in person at one of our events. Online purchases may be made by residents of the U.S. for delivery to clients in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time.
10. PROMOTION CODE
Any promotion code issued to you cannot be transferred onto a new order and we do not offer a cash or store credit alternative. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be related at the time of issue.
11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain styles. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders.
Please note that product arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed due to varying production and shipment time frames. We will inform you if for any reason your order fulfillment is delayed or cannot be completed. Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of your order. A little self-care goes a long way. Here’s how to take care of your purchase.
1. The Teal Bottom sole:
Please be advised that the teal bottom soles of our shoes will become worn with regular use. Do not worry, as this is not a defect of the shoe and is expected to happen from normal use similarly to other luxury products with colorful soles.
2. Vegan leather upkeep:
Not only does vegan leather make you look good, it also makes you feel good because it’s cruelty-free. With proper care, you can keep your Teal Bottoms looking good for the long-term.
- Keep your shoes’ surface clean and dry, using a dry, soft cloth.
- Always clean your shoes by hand.
- Always store your shoes away from excessive light, heat, rain, and humidity.
- When not in use, store your footwear in the TealHouse Inc. dust bag provided.
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
TealHouse Inc. guarantees its products for three months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only items that present a manufacturing fault, and does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accident or misuse, excessive wear, or from any alterations, services, or repairs performed by a third party.
Should you need to repair or refurbish an item purchased online please contact a repair specialist.
As we’re still fairly new, we don’t have any ongoing relationships with repair specialists (though we’d love to one day). So for now, we assume no responsibility nor endorse or approve any repair specialists, or any of the products or services they offer.
Consumers who make use of a repair or refurbish specialist have the sole responsibility for evaluating the suitability of the locations, their operations and the results of any repairs they conduct.
